The discounts the site does advertise come through its email sign-up. If a code is published on the site itself, we will add it here with its source and date.

The homepage has a sign-up box headed 'Up to 90% OFF. Join TODAY!' where you give your name and email address, and a pop-up repeats the promise of exclusive discounts of up to 90%. The site does not say which car parks, airports or dates those discounts apply to, or how often the emails arrive. Treat the figure as the most you could save on a single deal, and compare the price in the email with the normal search result before you book.

It depends on what you book. The terms describe Free Cancellation as the most flexible option: you can change or cancel more than 48 hours before departure without fees, though the wording says this is 'for a voucher', so the money may come back as credit rather than to your card. With Cancellation Cover you get the parking price back up to 48 hours before departure, minus the booking fee and any extras you added. Without either, a cancellation made more than 48 hours ahead carries a £15 administration fee. Savers and other non-flexible products cannot be cancelled or changed, and requests are handled in office hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, by email or phone.

The about page says regular meet and greet users can reserve airport parking in advance at a discount rate. It does not say how large the discount is or how you qualify as a regular user, so ask the customer team when you book your next trip.

The search form lists Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester and Stansted, plus Southampton for cruise parking. Each airport page shows the available car parks with the type of service and the terminals they serve, and opening hours are in the More Info section of each car park.

The FAQs say that if you are booking less than 12 hours before you travel, you can call the operations number and the team will do its best to fit you in. Bookings made within 48 hours of drop-off cannot be refunded and Cancellation Cover does not apply to them, so a late booking is a firm one.

The contact page gives the address as 38 Moss Lane, Styal, which is also the address of Airport Parking Manchester, and the Luton results include car parks sold under the Airport Parking Luton name. The three sites appear to belong to the same group. The terms describe Airport Park with Us as an agent for the companies that run the car parks, so each car park's own terms apply too.
