BlueBay Hotels is a Spanish hotel group with its registered office in Marbella and, in its own words, more than five decades in tourism. Under the BlueBay Hotels & Resorts, BelleVue Hotels & Resorts and Blue Diamond brands it runs 11 properties on the Costa del Sol, in the Canary Islands and Mallorca, in the Riviera Maya in Mexico and in Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. Several Caribbean resorts are all-inclusive, while BlueBay Villas Doradas and Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel are for adults only.
BlueBay does not publish a discount code. The booking form has a promotional code field, but no code appears anywhere on bluebayhotels.com, and on the day we checked the offers page only promoted Flight + Hotel bookings without a stated discount. The saving that is always there is My BlueBay, the free loyalty programme: you get 5% off when you book on the website, 8% at the Pink level and 10% at the Black level, with extras such as early check-in and late check-out. - Join My BlueBay before you book. It is free and the 5% direct discount is applied at the moment you book on the website.
- Book on bluebayhotels.com, not through a third party. Only nights booked on the website or through BlueBay's customer service centre count towards Pink and Black and get the member discount.
- Keep your stays with BlueBay if you travel often. From 8 nights or €901 a year you move to Pink with 8% off; above 14 nights and €1,800 you reach Black with 10% off and a room upgrade.
- Compare refundable and non-refundable rates. Non-refundable rates are paid immediately and cannot be refunded, so check the price difference against the flexibility you give up.

Is there a BlueBay Hotels discount code?▼
No, not on bluebayhotels.com. The booking form has a field for a promotional code, but BlueBay does not publish a code on its own site, and the offers page we checked on 28 October 2026 only promoted Flight + Hotel packages, without a percentage discount. The reliable saving is the free My BlueBay membership, which takes 5% off your booking on the website, rising to 8% and 10% at the higher levels. If BlueBay publishes a real code on its site, we will add it here with the source and date.
How does My BlueBay work?▼
Registration is free and open to adults and companies. You start at Yellow with a 5% direct discount on bookings, free Wi-Fi, early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and a birthday greeting. Pink (8 to 14 nights a year or €901 to €1,800 spent) raises the discount to 8% and adds discounts on food and drink, spa and day passes. Black (more than 14 nights and over €1,800 a year) gives 10% off plus a room upgrade and bigger spa and dining discounts. The discount is applied automatically when you book on the website.
According to the programme conditions, only nights booked through BlueBay's own channels count, meaning the website or the BlueBay customer service centre. Bookings made by third parties, such as tour operators, travel agencies and online hotel booking portals, do not count and earn no benefits.
Does BlueBay have a best price guarantee?▼
BlueBay's loyalty pages say that booking through the website gives members a direct discount 'ensuring the best price guaranteed', and the FAQ on the homepage says booking directly on the official site is the best way to get the lowest rates. We did not find a separate claim form or written terms for a price match on bluebayhotels.com, so do not count on BlueBay refunding the difference if you find a cheaper price elsewhere.
Can I cancel a BlueBay booking for free?▼
It depends on the rate and the hotel. Non-refundable rates are paid immediately and cannot be refunded. The hotel pages list their own cancellation rules; at BlueBay Banús in Marbella, for example, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival in July and August, Easter Week and Christmas. Check the cancellation policy of your rate before you pay.
