Not a public one. On the pages we read on disneylandparis.com/en-gb (the homepage, the offers page, the booking conditions and the Disneyland Pass page) there is no promo or discount code. What the site offers instead are its booking promises for Hotel + Tickets packages bought directly: a price match promise, free changes and cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, payment in up to 6 instalments without fees and no booking fees. If Disneyland Paris publishes a real code on its own UK site, we will add it here with the source and date.

If you book a Disney Hotel + Tickets package on DisneylandParis.com or with Disney's experts and find the same package at a lower price within 24 hours of booking, Disneyland Paris refunds the difference. It has to be exactly the same package: dates, length of stay, number and ages of guests, hotel, room type, cancellation conditions and any meal plan. The lower price must be in pounds and offered in the UK, and you claim through the online form within 72 hours of booking, with a screenshot or quote showing the date and time. Only the seven Disney Hotels are covered, and group rates, membership-card rates, travel agent offers and works council prices are excluded.

Yes, for Hotel + Tickets packages booked on the website or with Disney's holiday experts. The booking conditions page says you can modify or cancel your booking with a full refund anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date. The example on the page: arriving on 8 July, you can change or cancel without fees until midnight on 1 July. From the following day the standard cancellation and modification conditions in the booking terms apply.

Yes. For a Hotel + Tickets package you pay a 15% deposit when you book, then the rest in 1 to 5 more payments, at amounts and times you choose, until 60 days before arrival. Choose 'Pay in up to 6 instalments without fees' on the payment page. The deposit option only applies to bookings made more than 60 days before arrival; closer to the date, the full amount is due. If you miss the final due date, the booking may be cancelled and you may lose your deposit. The site also lists PayPal Pay in 3 and Klarna at checkout for eligible customers.

Yes. According to disneylandparis.com, guests with disabilities get a 25% reduction on a Disney Park ticket booked online, for themselves and one accompanying guest. You must show official proof of disability at the ticket counters on the day. These special-rate tickets are sold on the Disneyland Paris ticket site.

Some passes do. On the Disneyland Pass page, the Silver pass gives 10% off in Disneyland Paris shops and restaurants and 10% off Disney Annual PhotoPass+, and the Gold pass gives 15% off in shops and restaurants plus a free Annual Disney PhotoPass+. The Bronze passes include park access and free parking but no shop or restaurant discount. Free parking applies to adult passes only, the discounts are for the pass holder's personal use on pass access days, and they cannot be combined with other offers.

The homepage invites you to sign up for special offers and updates by email and promises a free gift with the sign-up, subject to the terms of that offer. Those terms sit on a separate page that did not show its text when we checked, so we cannot say what the gift is or who qualifies. Read the terms linked under the sign-up box before you rely on it.
