Cruise Nation Discount Codes & Deals

Only a short-lived one at the moment. During its Halloween promotion, which runs from 26 October to 1 November 2026, Cruise Nation gives out £25 discount codes through a Spin the Wheel pop-up on its site, in return for your email address. The codes apply per booking, are not included in the advertised prices, can only be redeemed online and are valid only on Smart Packages (Cruise & Stay). The code itself is not printed on any page, and Cruise Nation publishes no standing code. Codes on other sites have no source on cruisenation.com, so we do not list them. When a new code appears on the site, we will add it here with its source and date.

Not according to its own site. On the pages we read on 31 October 2026, including the offers pages, the knowledge base and the booking terms, there is no first-order, new customer, NHS, Blue Light or key worker discount. The Best Price Guarantee terms also state that it does not apply to special rates for groups such as employees, seniors or the military. The savings Cruise Nation does publish are the sale prices on its deals pages and the £25 Halloween code while it lasts.

If you book a Cruise Nation Smart Holiday and find the same package cheaper within 24 hours, from a fully ATOL protected and ABTA bonded UK provider, you can claim. Cruise Nation will then either match the price and refund the difference, or cancel and refund everything you paid, and in both cases add a £25pp future cruise credit for a cruise of 7 nights or more booked through Cruise Nation. The cheaper holiday must be identical in cruise, ship, date, cabin, hotel and flights, and still bookable when Cruise Nation checks it. Self-packaged holidays are excluded, and so are bookings made with coupons, travel vouchers or promotion codes, so a booking using the £25 code does not qualify.

Yes, if your holiday departs six months or more from the date you book. You pay a deposit and then monthly Direct Debit payments on a date you choose, with the last payment due six weeks before departure. You set it up with the sales team when you book, or opt in through the email you receive after booking. During the Red Hot Sale, deposits start from £50pp on qualifying deals. If you would rather pay the balance in one go, the terms say it can be due up to 28 weeks before departure; bookings made later than that are paid in full straight away.

Not online. Every deals page states that no booking fee is payable when you book online. The booking terms do mention that late bookings may incur a late booking fee, which you are told about when you book. Listed prices are from-prices per person based on two sharing the lowest cabin grade, gratuities are usually not included, and baggage charges may apply.

Yes, but it costs money. The lead passenger has to send the cancellation in writing with the booking reference, by email to cancellations@cruisenation.com or by post. Your deposit is non-refundable, and the booking terms explain that cancellation charges rise the closer you are to departure, because they reflect what airlines, hotels and cruise lines charge. Take out travel insurance when you book.
