If Golden Tours publishes a code on its own site, we will add it here with the source and date, and remove it once it expires.

If you find a lower price for the same hop-on hop-off bus tour, coach tour or Warner Bros. Studio Tour London package in the same currency, Golden Tours refunds the difference. You need to send your request within 72 hours of booking, by email or post, with your booking reference, your home address and proof of the lower price. On the London hop-on hop-off bus, children under 5 travel free. On the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London package, children aged 2 and under need a ticket but it is free, while 3 and 4 year olds pay for the bus seat. A wheelchair user's carer also travels free on that package. Which ticket types are on sale varies by tour, so check the options on each product page.

For groups of 10 or more, Golden Tours says group rates may be available on request. Yes. A Golden Tours gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed online, subject to availability. It cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged for cash or used to buy further gift vouchers.
