Flexible rate: free cancellation up to a set date and payment in instalments

Book the flexible rate and you can cancel without a fee and without giving a reason up to a set point before your stay, for example 7, 14 or 30 days. Booked in advance, it can also be paid in two or three instalments. It costs more than the non-flexible rate, which cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled. How to pay less with Ski France▼
  1. Sign up to the newsletter before you book. The sign-up box on skifrance.co.uk promises 5% off your first booking.
  2. Book the winter campaigns by 7 November 2026. Free beginner ski hire over Christmas and February half term, and 50% off 6-day lift passes with Premium Chalets, both close for bookings on that date or earlier if the allocation runs out.
  3. Pay in full if you can. The FAQ gives an immediate £15 reduction when you pay for the whole stay at booking, instead of 30% now or three instalments.
  4. Choose the rate that matches your plans. The non-flexible rate is the cheapest but cannot be cancelled or changed; the flexible rate costs more but lets you cancel without a fee up to a set date.
  5. Add passes and hire early. Ski hire must be booked at least 7 days and lift passes at least 3 days before arrival; both can be cancelled without a fee up to 7 days before you arrive.
  6. Coming back next year? The Early Bird offer lets returning guests book the next season at this season's rates with a £50 to £150 deposit.
How we check the Ski France offers▼

Official offer means the deal is published on skifrance.co.uk and we read its conditions there on the date shown with each row. We only use percentages, amounts and dates exactly as Ski France states them. We check any code from a forum or another site against its source before we publish it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a Ski France discount code?▼

No, not a public one. Ski France does not print a promo code on its site, its FAQ or its booking terms. The closest thing is the newsletter: the sign-up box promises 5% off your first booking. For winter 2026/27 the bigger savings are the two campaigns on the site, 50% off 6-day lift passes with Premium Chalets in Val d'Isère and Alpe d'Huez, and free Blue Pack ski hire at selected properties over Christmas and February half term. Both must be booked by 7 November 2026. If Ski France publishes a code on its own site, we add it here with the source and date.

Can I get a discount on ski hire?▼

Yes, at selected properties. The Free Ski Hire offer gives free Blue Pack equipment hire for beginner skiers in your group at Hotel Le Mottaret in Méribel, Hotel Ibiza in Les Deux Alpes, Les Chalets du Praz, Les Lodges des Alpages and Les Chalets des Alpages in La Plagne, Les Terrasses de Veret in Flaine and Les Chalets de l'Altiport in Alpe d'Huez. It covers arrivals from 19 to 25 December 2026 and from 13 to 25 February 2027, with a minimum stay of four nights, and you must book between 19 October and 7 November 2026. If you want a higher grade of equipment, you pay the difference. Outside the offer, you can book skis, boots, snowboards and helmets through Ski France at least 7 days before arrival and collect them from a partner shop near your accommodation. Ski France does not name the hire shop, so we cannot confirm which chain you will collect from.

How do I get cheaper lift passes with Ski France?▼

Two ways. The 50% Off Lift Passes offer halves the price of 6-day full-area lift passes for everyone travelling, when you book a Premium Chalet in Val d'Isère or Alpe d'Huez for a stay of at least seven nights arriving on 19 or 20 December 2026 or between 1 January and 28 February 2027. It must be booked by 7 November 2026 and the allocation is limited. For any other stay, the FAQ says you can buy passes at Ski France's preferential rates by calling after you book; order at least 3 days before arrival and the passes wait for you at reception.

What is the Ski France Early Bird offer?▼

It is for guests who have stayed before. You book 6 to 18 months ahead for the following season at the current season's rates and pay only £50 to £150 when you book, depending on the property. You can list three accommodation choices at no extra cost. Bookings for the following winter can be cancelled free of charge before 30 June, and the £150 is refunded. After that date, the standard cancellation fees apply.

Can I cancel a Ski France booking for free?▼

Only on a flexible rate. The FAQ explains that the flexible rate lets you cancel without giving a reason up to a set point before arrival, for example 7, 14 or 30 days. The non-flexible rate is cheaper but cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled. Standard bookings are charged on a sliding scale: you lose the deposit more than 30 days out, then 45%, 60%, 90% and finally 100% of the cost as arrival gets closer. Chalets in Méribel, La Tania, Val d'Isère and Alpe d'Huez have stricter terms, with 80% charged from 30 to 15 days before arrival. Ski hire and lift passes booked through Ski France can be cancelled without a fee up to 7 days before arrival.

Does Ski France offer an NHS or student discount?▼

No. On 31 October 2026 skifrance.co.uk mentioned no NHS, Blue Light or student discount, so we do not list one. The offers open to everyone are the newsletter discount, the £15 reduction for paying in full and the seasonal campaigns above.

How does Tripplo check these offers?▼

We read every offer above on skifrance.co.uk on the date shown and noted its conditions. We publish no code without a source, and we remove an offer once Ski France ends it.
