No. None of the Lavender Hotels websites publishes a promo or discount code, and the booking pages do not advertise one. The biggest saving is membership, which is free: at Higher Trapp Hotel members get 25% off the best available rate, at The Old Mill 15% and at the Everglades Hotel 10%. You sign up with your name and email address and book through your own member login or booking link. If Lavender Hotels starts publishing a real code on its own site, we will add it here with the source and date.

Not on the group's own websites. We found no NHS, Blue Light, key worker or student discount on lavenderhotels.co.uk or on the three hotel sites on 31 October 2026. The closest thing open to everyone is the free membership at each hotel, worth 10% to 25% off the best available rate depending on the hotel.

They differ by package. On the 2-Night Winter Retreat and the All Inclusive Hot Tub Experience at Higher Trapp you pay a £30 deposit per room, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, and you can cancel or amend until midnight 21 days before arrival; after that the full balance is charged. Dine, Wine and Unwind also takes a £30 non-refundable deposit with changes allowed up to 21 days before arrival. Afternoon Tea and Swim is paid in full and is non-refundable, though you can move the date and time up to 24 hours before. Members at The Old Mill and the Everglades Hotel can cancel until 12pm on the day.

Yes. Higher Trapp Hotel and The Everglades sell all inclusive Christmas packages from £495 and New Year packages from £445, each as a 2 or 3 night stay with dining and live entertainment. These are standard festive prices rather than discounts, so the membership rate and the deposit terms on the booking page are worth checking before you pay.

Yes. The Everglades Hotel in Widnes sells Liverpool Park and Fly packages: an overnight stay before your flight plus secure on-site parking for 1, 8 or 15 days, with VAT included. You can cancel or amend free of charge up to 4pm the day before arrival; after that, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged. The hotel does not list a fixed price on the page, so check the booking engine for your dates.
