MarSenses Discount Codes & Deals

Not a public one. The MarSenses FAQ says: 'We offer a discount code only for our repeat guests.' After your stay you receive a secret discount code by email, which you enter in the promo code field when you book; if you have lost it, you can email hola@marsenses.com or call. First-time guests save through the rates instead, mainly the 10% discount on the Guaranteed Non-Refundable rate. If MarSenses publishes a real code on its own site, we will add it here with the source and date.

Yes. MarSenses guarantees the best price for direct bookings and says it will match a lower rate you find elsewhere. The cheaper rate must be for the same accommodation, with the same cancellation policy, and it must be a public rate that anyone can see and book. To claim it, email reservas@marsenses.com with your name, dates, the number of adults, teenagers, children and babies, the room type, the meal plan, the final price on marsenses.com, the final price on the other site and the name of that site.

On the flexible rate, yes: cancellation is free up to 5 days before check-in. Between 4 days and 24 hours before check-in you pay 50% of the booking, and with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show you pay 75%. The Guaranteed Non-Refundable rate cannot be refunded directly, but it is 10% cheaper, lets you change your dates within the same calendar year without a penalty and comes with free cancellation insurance through ARAG. That insurance covers up to 25 reasons for cancelling, up to €10,000 per person, up to 24 hours before arrival; if your reason is not in the policy, or you do not turn up, you get nothing back.

MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa and MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Adults Only take guests aged 18 and over, and MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel takes guests aged 16 and over. The family hotels are MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family, MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa and MarSenses Paradise Club Hotel, which all run an entertainment programme for different ages through the day. All-inclusive stays are offered at Paradise Club and Ferrera Blanca Family.

No. The FAQ says plainly that MarSenses does not have a loyalty programme. Returning guests get the personal discount code by email after each stay instead.

Yes. On marsenses.com you can book your hotel and return flight in one go. Hotel + Flight bookings are handled by Maarlab, and the booking conditions say that an ATOL-protected flight-inclusive holiday comes with an ATOL Certificate for UK departures. Promo codes only apply to the hotel part, not to the flight, and Hotel + Flight bookings can be changed up to 7 days before arrival; after that, cancelling costs 100% of the booking.

We read every offer above on marsenses.com on the date shown and noted its conditions. We publish no code without an official source, and an offer that MarSenses ends or lets expire is removed from this page.
