Roomzzz Aparthotels Discount Codes & Deals

No, not for room bookings. Roomzzz has a promo code field in its booking form but does not publish a code on its site. The discount most people can use is Perkzzz: membership is free, and members get 10% off the best available rates on roomzzz.com. The discounted member rate appears when you are logged in to your Perkzzz profile. The only codes Roomzzz prints are for discounted Q-Park parking near its Manchester City and Nottingham City aparthotels. We do not list codes from forums or other coupon sites.

For parking, yes. The Manchester City aparthotel page says you can get 25% off at the Q-Park Piazza car park on St James Street if you pre-book on the Q-Park site with the code RMZMC25. For the room itself there is no code; Perkzzz members get 10% off on roomzzz.com at both Manchester City and Manchester Victoria. Guests at Manchester Victoria in the Corn Exchange can ask reception about deals from the restaurants in the building.

Not a booking code. At both aparthotels the saving is the Perkzzz rate, 10% off the best available rate when you book on roomzzz.com while logged in. In Edinburgh, Roomzzz says you can park at the St James Quarter car park on Leith Street at a discounted rate, and you validate your ticket at reception when you leave. At York, the limited on-site parking cannot be booked in advance and is paid through the RingGo app. Edinburgh guests also get a free hand and arm massage from Neom Organics with the card at reception.

Anyone aged 18 or over with an email address can join for free. At the first level, Be Our Guest, you get 10% off the best available rates on roomzzz.com, member-only offers and the Best Rate Guarantee, with no minimum stay. Once you activate your account, complete your profile and stay one night, you move to Be Part of the Family. That level adds a welcome amenity, an extra 10% discount voucher for your birthday, free upgrades and guaranteed availability up to 72 hours before arrival. Stays only count when you book directly with Roomzzz rather than through a third party, and your name and email must match your membership details.

It depends on the rate. According to the Roomzzz terms, Flexible rates can be cancelled for free until midday 24 hours before arrival. Perkzzz Advance Saver rates are refundable up to 7 days before arrival and are for members only. Advance Saver and Promotional rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Long-stay rates need at least 28 nights, and the first 30 days are non-refundable once paid.

Not that we found. On 31 October 2026 roomzzz.com did not mention an NHS, Blue Light, student or military discount. For business stays, Roomzzz asks you to email the sales team about a corporate rate.

We read every offer above on roomzzz.com on the date shown and noted its conditions. We do not publish a code without a source, and when Roomzzz ends an offer we remove it here.
