No, not a public one. Summer France does not print a promo code on its site, its FAQ or its booking terms. The closest thing is the newsletter: the sign-up box promises 5% off your first booking. For summer 2027 the site advertises early booking discounts and free cancellation, and the reductions shown on individual stays change with the dates you search. If Summer France publishes a code on its own site, we add it here with the source and date.

The Summer 2027 page invites you to plan ahead and benefit from early booking deals, free cancellation, a low deposit and flexible arrival dates and length of stay in its villas, cottages and apartments. The page shows the reduction on each property for the dates listed, so the saving depends on where and when you go. Free cancellation applies only to the flexible rate, which lets you cancel without a reason up to a set point before your stay, for example 7, 14 or 30 days.

It is for guests who have stayed before. You book 6 to 18 months ahead for the following season at the current season's rates and pay only £50 to £150 when you book, depending on the property. You can list three accommodation choices at no extra cost. Bookings for the following summer can be cancelled free of charge before 31 December, and the £150 is refunded. After that date, the standard cancellation fees apply.

Only on a flexible rate, or on an Early Bird booking before its cut-off date. The non-flexible rate is cheaper but cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled. Standard bookings are charged on a sliding scale in the booking terms: you lose the deposit more than 30 days out, 45% of the cost from 30 to 21 days, 60% from 20 to 8 days, 90% from 7 to 4 days and the full cost from 3 days before arrival. The FAQ also offers a cancellation guarantee for 4% of the booking plus a 32 euro fee, which refunds what you have paid, minus a 35 euro admin fee, in the cases listed in the terms.

The FAQ says you pay no booking charges, except at the residences in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Hilaire de Riez and Saint Jean de Monts, where they are 28 to 45 euros. On arrival at a villa, cottage or apartment you pay a refundable deposit and the local tourist tax. Bed linen and towels cost £8 per person where they are not included, and pets cost 7 euros a day or 35 euros a week.
