The Cumberland Discount Codes & Deals

No, not a public one. The Cumberland does not print a promo code on its website, offer pages or terms. Its booking engine has a field for promo, corporate and travel agency codes, but those codes are given out privately, for example to companies and groups. The discounts you can book straight away are the packages on the Offers page and the 10% members' rate, which needs a free VIP account. If the hotel publishes a code on its own site, we add it here with the source and date.

Join the free VIP membership through the hotel's members portal. The Members Offer page says members get 10% off selected rates whenever they book a break: you sign in, choose your dates and room type, and the discount is added to your booking. It is for new reservations only, subject to availability and blackout dates, and cannot be combined with other offers. Prepaid rates must be paid in full at booking.

Yes. The We Are Family package gives 30% off the Best Flexible Rate, with breakfast included, a £20 per person dining allowance at Lírica or SOUND, and a London Mini Explorer Pack for each child. You can stay in an Executive room, Family room or suite. The booking is non-refundable and non-amendable, must be paid in full when you book and cannot be combined with other offers. The dining allowance cannot be used at the hotel's other restaurant and is valid once per stay.

If you book directly with the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival and then find a lower publicly available rate for the same stay on another website, before or within 24 hours of booking, you can submit a claim. The Best Rate Guarantee page says the hotel will honour the lower rate with an extra 10% off. The detailed terms exclude opaque sites, packages, member and corporate rates and rates that need a promotional code, and only one claim applies per stay.

Only on a Flexible Rate. The hotel's terms let you cancel those without charge up to 2pm local time the day before arrival; after that you can be charged one night per room. Advance Saver and Pre-pay and save rates are paid in full at booking and cannot be refunded or changed. All the packages listed here are non-refundable and non-amendable too, so book them only when your dates are fixed.
