Choose a package on the website, call a Travelodeal agent and give your Voucher ID; the agent takes the £50 off the package price. The voucher is valid for one year from the day it is issued, cannot be transferred, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other Travelodeal promotions. The FAQ does not say how the Voucher ID is sent to you, so ask the agent if you have not received one.
How much deposit do I pay with Travelodeal?▼
Travelodeal's booking conditions say you pay a non-refundable deposit, typically 20% of the holiday price, when you book. The balance is due several weeks before departure (the conditions name both 60 days and 10 weeks in different clauses, so check the date on your confirmation). Some deals, late bookings and Christmas trips need a higher deposit or full payment, and cruise deposits differ. If you cancel more than 81 days before a package without a cruise, you lose the deposit; after that the charge rises from 50% to 100% of the holiday cost.
Is a Travelodeal holiday financially protected?▼
Package holidays that include a flight and hotel are protected under the ATOL scheme (ATOL 11601), and you receive an ATOL certificate once the booking is confirmed. Travelodeal is also an ABTA member (P8297). Hotel-only bookings are not covered by ATOL, so ask Travelodeal what protection applies before you book anything other than a package.
Are there fees for paying by card?▼
No, not for UK customers. Travelodeal's FAQ says there are no charges for using a debit or credit card. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards, and bank transfers.
