Not a public one. Woodleisure.co.uk does not publish a general promo code, and there is no first-order code on any of the pages we read. The codes that do exist are personal: NHS, emergency services and Armed Forces staff get a booking code worth 10% through partner discount sites, and Loyalty Members receive a promo code that is renewed every year. The biggest saving open to everyone is the automatic midweek discount of up to 20% on Sunday to Thursday stays, which needs no code at all. If Wood Leisure publishes a real code on its own site, we will add it here with its source and date.

Yes. According to woodleisure.co.uk, members of the NHS, emergency services and Armed Forces can get 10% off self-catering, glamping, touring and camping stays at all six parks. You do not get the code from Wood Leisure directly: you sign up to one of the partner sites it lists (Blue Light Card, Health Service Discounts and Defence Discount Service among them, plus schemes for police, teachers, carers and charity workers), search for Wood Leisure and receive a code there. The discount only works on online bookings through the Wood Leisure website and cannot be added to a booking afterwards.

It is for returning guests. You must have stayed at one of the parks within the last 12 months with a booking in your name. Membership costs a one-off £10, but after a stay Wood Leisure sends a time-limited offer to rebook with free Loyalty Membership. Bronze members get 15% off future online bookings, Silver 17.5% and Gold 20%; the tier is set each year from your bookings, nights and spend over the previous three years. The discount cannot be combined with other offers, is not valid on long lets or seasonal touring, and only applies when you book directly with Wood Leisure, not through third parties.

Usually, yes. The booking terms say automatically applied offers can be used together with a promotional or discount code, and the midweek page names the VIP discount as one that works alongside the automatic midweek saving. Only one code can be used per booking, codes only work on online bookings and cannot be added afterwards. The exception is Loyalty Membership, which cannot be used with any other offers. The site also mentions becoming a VIP member, but none of the pages we read state what the VIP discount is worth.

If you cancel before your balance due date, Wood Leisure issues a credit note for what you have paid, valid for six months. After the balance due date, you are told to claim from your travel insurance. Lodges, caravans and ensuite pods can be moved up to 28 days before arrival (touring pitches and camping pods up to 7 days), once only, to a date within six months, and an amendment may cost a £25 administration fee. Your deposit is non-refundable if you do not pay the balance, so it is worth having travel insurance in place when you book.

No. Wood Leisure Holiday Parks Ltd is registered in Scotland and describes itself as family owned since 1981, with six parks of its own; its site does not mention Park Holidays UK or Park Leisure. Offers and codes from those companies are theirs, so do not expect them to work when you book a Wood Leisure park. The offers on this page are the ones Wood Leisure publishes for its own parks.
