6. Commission Structure and Payments

11. Term and Termination
- The term of the Affiliate agreement commences upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program and continues until terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
- Upon termination, all rights and obligations of both parties cease, except for obligations that are intended to survive termination.
12. Modification of Terms

- Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Liability and Indemnification
- Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Tripplo.com and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their acts or omissions in violation of these Affiliate Terms.
- Tripplo.com will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.

- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
15. Miscellaneous
- These Affiliate Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tripplo.com regarding the Affiliate Program.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
