The resort's three restaurants and the marina next door give plenty of choice for dinner, and families value the kids' club. The weak points are smaller details. Some guests felt breakfast fell short of what a five-star resort should offer, luggage can take a while to reach the room, and one found the air conditioning noisy. Snacks in the room are charged separately, which caught one family out. The all-inclusive RESERVE Plan covers the catamaran transfer, specialty fine dining experiences, premium drinks and snorkelling gear, and guests rave about the house reef and its coral life. Reviews keep returning to the attentive staff, the butler service, the range of food and the spacious villas, from the overwater villas to the two-bedroom villas that suit families. Children are clearly welcome, and parents mention a kids' club their children enjoyed.
