Sealife Family Resort Hotel
Antalya, Turkey
Sealife Family Resort Hotel is built for families who want everything in one place… It faces blue-flag Konyaaltı Beach, with a private beach area, pools with water slides, a spa and three restaurants, and most rooms open onto a balcony looking out to sea. Guests speak warmly about the staff, especially the guest relations team, and about how clean the resort is kept, while parents describe it as exceptional for families. A returning guest values it for holding the same standard all year round. The flip side of so much family entertainment is that the atmosphere is lively, and with a disco club and water slides it rarely feels like a hideaway. One guest found that a pool advertised as heated was not warm, so check before an off-season trip, and those who like bold flavours may find some of the cooking mild. For a beach holiday with children in Antalya, though, it is a well-run, dependable choice.
Why this position
Among the three highest guest scores of the 17 hotels we rank here: 9.3 from 5,961 reviews. Guests on Booking rate it above #4 (9.3 to 9.0), but it has no Google rating yet, which the ranking weighs equally; #4 has 4.8.

Keyla Hotel & Beach - Adult Only
Antalya, Turkey
Adults onlyKeyla Hotel & Beach - Adult Only is for couples who want a quiet, adults-only stay with a view… The hotel is brand new and sits on Lara Road near the coastal cliffs, and guests write about breathtaking surroundings, sea-view balconies and sunsets behind the mountains. Rooms are described as clean and comfortable, the staff as helpful and very kind, and the breakfast as excellent. A pool with a view, a sun terrace and a garden take the place of a beach on the doorstep. That is the main thing to know: despite the name, Lara public beach is 2.2 km away, so this is not a hotel for stepping straight onto the sand. There is one restaurant, and one guest found evening service slow because it was understaffed. As a new hotel it also has few reviews so far. For a calm few days close to Antalya Airport, with views rather than a beach as the draw, it is a promising choice.
Why this position
Scores higher than #9 (9.4 to 8.5), on a smaller body of reviews (41 to 336).

IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas
Antalya, Turkey
IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas suits guests who want a polished all-inclusive stay with plenty of space… The resort in Kundu is set in extensive green gardens with a private beach and a large outdoor pool, and adds an oriental-style spa with Thai massage, mud baths and skin treatments, as well as water sports such as parasailing and jet skiing. Guests praise the location, the well-kept grounds and above all the staff, from a helpful reception team to service they call attentive and excellent. The villa section, with its own service, draws especially warm reviews. There is little criticism. Some guests had hoped for more traditional Turkish food, and the sheer size of the property means some walking between areas. Much of the strongest praise for food and service comes from villa guests, so the main hotel may feel slightly different. For couples and travellers who want a spacious, green resort with a proper spa, it is a well-run choice.
Why this position
Rests on more guest reviews than #10 (70 to 41), at a slightly lower score (9.0 to 9.4).

Club Hotel Sera
Antalya, Turkey
Club Hotel Sera is a beach resort for guests who care most about the sea, the food and the service… Sandy Lara Beach is seconds away, with a private beach area of its own, and the gardens, the several pools and the Ottoman palace-inspired interiors give the place a distinct character. Guests rate the dining highly for its quality and variety, praise staff who are always ready to help and find the resort spacious, clean and free of queues. A spa with face and body treatments and a Turkish bath adds something for quieter afternoons. The weaker points are in the rooms. Guests mention dated bathrooms and bathroom cleaning that could be more thorough, and one felt the beds were due for renewal, so this is not the place for crisp, modern interiors. The beach bar keeps limited hours, and communicating in English is not always easy. For a relaxed beach stay where good food matters more than new fittings, it delivers well.
Why this position
Rests on more guest reviews than #11 (924 to 70), at a slightly lower score (8.8 to 9.0).

Miracle Resort Hotel
Antalya, Turkey
Miracle Resort Hotel suits guests who want a beach holiday with everything close at hand… It sits right by the water in Lara, with free loungers and parasols on its private beach, three pools including an indoor one, and a Turkish bath and sauna that cost nothing extra. Guests return again and again to the staff, whom they describe as kind and welcoming, and to the food, from the main buffet to the Mexican, Turkish and seafood à la carte restaurants. Families in particular call it a very family-friendly resort. The criticisms are modest. A few guests found the cleaning less thorough than expected and the snack bar food weaker than the restaurants, and families travelling in the heat of summer wished for more indoor activities for children. The shops inside the resort are pricey, though there is a market nearby. For families and couples who plan to spend their days at the beach and the pool, it is a friendly, well-equipped base.
Why this position
Sits behind #12 on both the score (8.6 to 8.8) and the sample it rests on (227 to 924 reviews).

Hotel SU & Aqualand
Antalya, Turkey
Hotel SU & Aqualand is for travellers who want a design hotel with plenty to do and Antalya within easy reach… The white building by Konyaaltı Beach has a modern, minimalist look, and inside there is an extensive spa with a hammam, two pools, an aquapark and a well-equipped gym. Guests praise the spotless rooms, the balconies, the warm reception staff and the breakfast and dinner buffets, and one guest returns every year. The trade-offs are about the beach and the style. The shore is a little way from the hotel and the beach is pebbly rather than sandy, so anyone dreaming of soft sand should look elsewhere. The coloured mood lighting, especially the red, is not to every taste either. Couples and friends who like a hotel with a strong look, a big spa and the Konyaaltı promenade close at hand will feel at home; travellers after a quiet, classic beach resort may prefer somewhere else.
Why this position
Guests rate it above #13 (8.6 to 8.6) and on more reviews (1,252 to 227).

Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Topkapi Palace
Antalya, Turkey
Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Topkapi Palace is made for guests who like a lively resort with plenty going on… Modelled on the Topkapı Palace, it sits on Lara Beach in Kundu, with a private beach and pier, five pools including an indoor one, a hammam and a kids' club. Guests praise the large, clean beach, the very helpful staff and a buffet with plenty of variety, and many enjoy the evening entertainment and the daytime activities. Families value grounds with ramps for prams and pushchairs and plenty of shade. The scale has its downsides. The main restaurant can be very loud, a quiet corner is hard to find in the late afternoon, and over a longer stay some guests found the food repetitive. One family found their bathroom small, and the resort is a long way from Antalya's city centre. It suits families and sociable couples who plan to stay put; travellers who want calm or easy trips into town may prefer somewhere smaller and more central.
Why this position
Guests rate it above #14 (8.6 to 8.6) and on more reviews (1,968 to 1,252).

The Marni Hotel & Spa - Adults Only 12 Plus
Antalya, Turkey
Affordable luxuryThe Marni Hotel & Spa - Adults Only 12 Plus is a hotel for guests who come to Antalya for rest rather than a resort programme… It is new, modern and spotless, sits in a residential street in the Lara district and accepts guests aged 12 and over, which keeps the mood quiet. The spa is the heart of the stay, with a Turkish hammam, a sauna and a steam room, and guests also praise the seasonal pool, the friendly team and a breakfast full of local dishes. The trade-offs come from its set-up and setting. The hotel does not serve dinner, so evenings mean walking out to the local restaurants nearby, and breakfast has fewer hot dishes than some would like. It is not on the beach either. Couples and friends who want a calm, well-kept base with a proper spa will feel at home; anyone after a beachfront hotel with everything on site should look further along the coast.
Why this position
A 4-star hotel scoring 9.3 from 259 reviews: the guest verdict outweighs the star class. Scores higher than #15 (9.3 to 8.6), on a smaller body of reviews (259 to 1,968).

Aska Lara Resort & Spa Hotel
Antalya, Turkey
FamiliesLocated in Lara area, 500 metres from the seaside, the all-inclusive Aska Lara Resort & Spa Hotel has 2 territories divided by road. It offers facilities including an aqua park, pools, restaurants, a…
Why this position
Sits behind #16 on both the score (8.2 to 9.3) and the sample it rests on (254 to 259 reviews).

How we chose these hotels
At our latest review (August 2026) we measured 19 luxury and premium properties for this destination against the same standard: sustained guest scores on both Booking.com and Google (weighted by how many reviews sit behind them), five-star class or an equivalent premium level, a first-rate location, and facilities that set the hotel apart. 18 made the cut and are listed above.
As a guideline we look for around 8.5 or higher on Booking.com, but no single number decides on its own. When the sources disagree, the broader evidence wins. That is why Mardan Palace and Aska Lara are included despite 8.4 on Booking: those figures rest on 315 and 279 reviews, while Google gives them 4.8 out of 5 across 11,885 and 4.7 out of 5 across 19,634. Guest scores on this page update continuously, and the selection is re-reviewed at regular intervals. The full standard is described in how we choose hotels.
