- Start on the Offers page. Owners' reductions are shown on each boat and already taken off the price.
- Create a free account before you book. Your first booking makes you a Captain in the SamBoat Club, which opens personal discount coupons for later trips.

On 31 October 2026 the listings we saw showed reductions of between 5% and 20%.
What do I get in the SamBoat Club?▼
The SamBoat Club is free and counts every booking, including past ones. After your first booking you are a Captain, after three a Commander and after eight an Explorer. Depending on your level, the benefits can include personal discount coupons, access to discounts from partner owners and gift cards, and you can invite friends to give them a discount. SamBoat does not state the size of the discounts on the Club page; you see them in your account.
Does SamBoat match prices?▼
Yes. If you find a better offer elsewhere for the same boat, the same dates and a departure from the same port, SamBoat says it will give you the difference. You must not have confirmed your booking yet, or you must have confirmed it within the last 48 hours.
Can I pay for a SamBoat booking in instalments?▼
Yes, for larger bookings made in advance. SamBoat sets up a payment schedule automatically when the rental starts in more than two months and costs more than 500 euros. Its sales team agrees the payment dates with you, and bank transfer may be possible.
Is SamBoat related to Steamboat?▼
