Affordable luxuryLeonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca is a good fit for travellers who want to live in the middle of town rather than out on the coast road… It sits in central Larnaca, very close to the beach and to local restaurants, and on top of the building there is a rooftop pool, while a fitness centre and a spa complete the facilities. Guests praise the location, the clean and tidy rooms and staff who are courteous and quick to help with any request, and several call the breakfast good. There are a few details to know first. One guest found the artificial scent used across the hotel annoying, another wanted better and more bath towels, and at least one room had no window. Breakfast is mostly praised but did not suit everyone. For couples and city-break travellers who will be out exploring on foot, it is a well-run and well-placed base; anyone who wants the sea right outside the window should look along the seafront instead.

BeachMercure Larnaca Beach Resort is aimed at guests who want the beach to be the centre of the holiday… It stands right by the sea on the coast east of Larnaca town, with a private beach area, a seasonal pool, and a spa with a sauna and a hot tub. Guests keep returning to the same points: the beachside setting, the calm atmosphere, a very clean hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, and a breakfast they describe as tasty and varied. The main compromise is space. Several guests found the rooms small and tight, with a compact shower, and one thought the price was steep for what you get. One guest found the pool freezing and another felt it closes too early, and one guest mentioned building work next door. For couples who plan to spend their days on the sand and in the spa, it is a calm and well-kept choice; anyone who wants a large room should look further.

ViewsSun Hall Hotel is made for travellers who want Larnaca's seafront right outside the door… It overlooks the Finikoudes promenade, the beach is 50 metres away and restaurants sit across the street, so the days move easily between sand, pool and town. Guests praise the renovated, very clean rooms with marble bathrooms, the views from sea-facing rooms, a breakfast they describe as outstanding and the sea-view Kition Restaurant. Staff are repeatedly called warm and helpful. The trade-offs are small but practical. There is no parking at the hotel, so drivers may struggle to find a space nearby, and one guest found the Wi-Fi slow and unreliable. Mattress preferences vary too: a guest who found the bed too soft had it sorted by the staff. For a central, modern base by the sea it is an easy choice; anyone who needs a car park on site or a strong connection for work should plan around that.
